Anne Bertrand, LCSW, is now working as Military and Family Life Consultant doing three month rotations.  Anne spent the summer in Germany working with children in day care and youth programs.  Anne will continue to work with clients in between assignments and can be reached at 910-399-4538.  If you wish to be seen on a quarterly basis, please contact Bertrand Counseling and you will be notified of Anne's availability.
